You must provide accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@doggies.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Dogs Diaries, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Dogs Diaries is a place for dog lovers of all kinds — puppies, seniors, all breeds and sizes. You may post:

Dogs Diaries is a friendly, inclusive community. We want everyone to feel welcome, regardless of their experience as a dog owner or their dog's breed.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice.
You own your content. Photos, diary notes, and health records you create belong to you. By posting content on Dogs Diaries, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform and in Dogs Diaries-branded social media for the purpose of promoting the community.
You can delete any content at any time. Deleted content is permanently removed from public view immediately, and from our servers within 30 days.
By posting, you confirm you have the rights to the content you share and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
The Dogs Diaries name, logo, design, and all platform-created content are owned by Dogs Diaries and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our trademarks or reproduce our platform design without written permission.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Dogs Diaries does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. Diary and health tracking data is provided for personal record-keeping only — we do not guarantee its accuracy for any veterinary, commercial, or regulatory purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dogs Diaries and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) €50.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that accrued before termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
